Judy has been a resident of the Madison Valley for 18 “winters”…anyone can do the summers! She and her husband Vaughan started the first Bed & Breakfast in the valley, the 9t9 Ranch Bed & Breakfast, and has been selling real estate since 1998. After Vaughan’s death Judy started her own company, Varney Bridge Real Estate. Her office is located at the 9t9 Ranch, located one mile south of the Varney Bridge. Judy loves her location, “inconveniently” located 10 miles south of Ennis, where she can sell real estate from her kitchen, take care of her bed & breakfast guests, tend her vegetable garden, feed her chickens and operate a small restaurant called “Judy’s Table”. Guests are always welcome and the cookie jar is usually full, so Judy invites you to drop in for a visit!

Judy has 3 children and 4 grandsons and is very active in the Madison Valley serving on the board of directors of Big Brothers and Big Sisters, participating in Leadership Plenty, the Relay for Life, and the Episcopal Church. Judy has accepted the offer to become an agent/broker for Prudential and will now be able to meet clients at the main street office as well as her office at the 9t9 Ranch. She is equipped to handle all your real estate needs, as she is a member of the Madison/Beaverhead and the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service, the Montana Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Judy represents the Madison/Beaverhead Board on the Professional Standards Committee for the Gallatin Association of Realtors.
